Imperativeness of ecologization of the agrarian sector of economy: global and regional aspects

It is considered the global problems and definitions of steady development. There is the analysis of specificity of economic growth and steady development definition based on concrete examples of agrarian economic activity of different regions. It is uncovered the reasons of the negative ecological consequences as a result of the permanent technocracy approach and economic development without ecological imperatives accounting. It is enumerated the arguments of steady development paradigms urgency and necessity of the differentiated approach to a problem of stability. In the context of structural reorganization and ecologization of Russian economy it is given the conclusion about necessity of a changing, developing and accepting the national agrarian program based on ecology-economically balanced steady development.
