The expansion of innovative development is becoming multifaceted, forming the unity of technological, organizational and social elements of the economic system, in the process of which the contours of a new technological basis of society are outlined. The dominant technological mode initiates the emergence of a new technological mode of production of the digital economy. The development of the digital economy is characterized not only by its different relationship with other sectors of the economy and a tendency to reduce directly productive labor, but also by a radical change in all technological parameters. A digitalized technological method of production is being formed. In the digital economy, the main sources of growth have shifted from industrial capital to intellectual capital.
