Implantation of "reverse" intraocular lens in a patient with high-grade myopia after phacoemulsification cataract (clinical case)

This clinical case demonstrates the result of successful phacoemulsification cataract with implantation of a "reverse" intraocular lens that has a high correcting ability and allows to achieve high acuity and quality of vision in eyes with high myopia.
