The credit system of education (credit-haurs) is aimed at Independent Education, and on the basis of individuality it is aimed at Creative mastering of knowledge, choosing the way of education with a strict definition of the educational process and knowing the volume of knowledge in the case of credit.

Credit (Credit, Credit-hour) is a specific unit that measures the volume of educational work of a student (teacher)in accordance with the labor load in the entire academic period.

One of the peculiarities of the generally accepted education in credit technology is its compliance with international general education standards and the problems of adoption of documents on education, universal education program taking into account world trends, academic freedom and educational program variability. Students will have the opportunity to freely enter the university education level of foreign countries, Bachelor's and master's graduates will all have the right to employment in the state.

The priorities of the transition to the credit education system are as follows:

  • *    increase the quality of education and training;

  • *    taking into account the requirements of the labor market.

Of them: * multi-stage of higher education system;

  • *    introduction of academic credit system;

  • *    provide academic communication of teachers and students;

  • *    issuance of a single European application for a diploma;

  • *    control and control the quality of Higher Education.

The specific aspects of credit technology of education are as follows:

  • a)    implementation of educational credit for the assessment of the student and teacher's labor costs in each subject;

  • b)    the worker can freely choose the subjects included in the plan, which directly contributes to the formation of an individual training plan;

  • c)    the husband of the teacher's choicekinligi;

  • d)    to involve consultants in the educational process in the selection of the

specific direction of Education;

  • i)    to provide all important educational and methodical materials of the educational process with electronic and paper options;

Credit-hour sitemaps have come into existence in the US for the first time. In 1869, the president of Harvard University Charles Eliot introduced the concept of" credit-systems " and in 1870-80 the system of measuring the volume of Educational Sciences in credit was introduced. To reach a certain level, it will be necessary to collect zachet units, that is, the volume of"credit-hours ". On the American site USCS (US Credit system)-credit – hours is a measure based on the time of training. 1 credit-what is the hour measured by?

  • •    educational activities of the teacher and student;

  • •    measured by the cost of the course and program.

  • •    Relative level of student acquisition:

  • •    to switch from one program to another;

  • •    to determine the degree of mastering of the student.

  • 1    credit-hour-is equal to the academic hour of the student's auditroiy work during the week during the semester.

Many states afford to be widely used credit clock sitemaps in educational sitemaps. In a multi-disciplinary system of higher and post-graduate education (Bachelor's – master's – doctorate), a person in general is individual, first of all, acquires a wide knowledge of a certain direction, then moves to a narrow specialty through separate educational programs aimed at specialization.

Such a system, from the point of view of the idea and methodology of education, creates the opportunity for the student to formulate the qualifications and skills of individual relations throughout his / her life from the student's time. It provides a clear adequate application of knowledge acquisition.

Multi-disciplinary system in accordance with university education, the main goal is to train people with broad literacy, continuing new ideas and solutions, working in conditions where there are high demands on professional mobile.

In order to improve the content of education, it will be necessary to develop a curriculum and a science program taking into account the improvement and harmonization of the state general education standards according to all levels, the introduction of innovative educational technologies.

The transition to The Bachelor's degree and master's degree in the higher education system provides the following opportunities:

  • *    compliance of educational programs with international requirements;

* to create interdependence of educational programs at different stages of

Education;

  • *    adaptation of training programs to the labor market;

  • *    application of the kompetent model in general education public education standards;

  • *    communication skills of students due to unification curriculum and science programs;

  • *    to provide students with academic freedom in the selection of science programmes.

In the kyredit system, all educational sciences of the baccalaureate are combined into three cycles:

  • *    25% of the volume of the cycle of general education in the program on all directions of Bachelor's degree;

  • *    the basic specialty is 25% of the volume of the cycle of Sciences.

In this way, bakalavriat leads to the concerted attachment of students in the basic and fundamental training of science programs. In the experience of higher education institutions of developed countries of the world, the system that provides Higher School graduates came to vijud. The same printouts are answered by the whole sitemap of academic degrees: namely: bachelor – master – doctor of Philosophy (PhD).

In addition, educational credit technology is the nature of re-finding and accumulation of credits disbursed in other higher education institutions. In tertiary institutions where educational credit technology is introduced, academic freedom has come to the conclusion that education credit technology is one of the main advantages: students form their own educational circle with the possibility of choosing teachers. Along with the exemplary and working curriculum, the personal curriculum of the students (IUP – Curriculum), which will organize their learning process and identify the educational background, will be introduced.

The introduction of educational credit technology is tied to the level of the community of professors. This technology will introduce active methods of teaching, which are widely used in international education experience.The learning process should be aimed not only at giving knowledge, but also at the acquisition of skills and competences of students in practice. In connection with this, many teachers have to abandon the old techniques with the time constraint.

At the same time, the system of educational credit requires consideration of the principles of the organization of the educational process, control over the knowledge of students, material stimulation of the teacher-professor composition of higher educational institutions and improvement of the right to work. In addition, it is important that the current norms of the provision of students with textbooks and materials comply with the requirements of the educational credit system, there is a personal press center equipped with modern equipment and copywriting techniques. We are confident that the role and importance of education credit system in the development of higher education system of developed foreign countries cannot be overemphasized.
