In my opinion, every prosperous country, must first reform education and create the conditions for the young generation.

It is very important psychologicaly to motivate someone to achieve their goals.

Some psychologists have explained motivation in terms of personal traits or individual characteristics. Other psychologists see motivation more as a state of temporary situation .some explanations of motivation rely on internal , personal factors such as needs , interest and curiosity . Other explanations point to external factors such as rewards , punishments , social pressure and so on.

Early childhood is the intial period of the most important and fundamental throughout the range of the growth and development of human life . That period was marked by various of fundamental importance in a childhood is a golden period . Many of the concepts and facts are found to give an explanation golden period in early childhood , the future of all the potential that children develop most rapidly .

And in early childhood learning is divided into various tingaktan education .Early childhood education is not confined to Kindergarten (TK) as a formal preschool education , but includes other activities are like Playgroup , Daycare , and other kind of early childhood education is essentially seeking to develop the full potential of children both potential cognivite , affective and psychomotor in a manner corresponding to the period of it is development , among them to learn while playing .

And sparks fly in early childhood education learning there are things important enough to be done by educators or teacher are motivated learners .

Motivation is the driving force someone is acting laku .Sardiman(2012:75) says motivation can also be said to be a series of attempts to provide certain conditions , so that someone is willing and wants to do something . The existence of motivation in the learning process is an important factor that will affect all aspects of teaching and learning . According to Wahyu (2009: 11) says motivation is one of the most important components in learning , but often difficult to measure. Sardiman (2012:85) states there are three functions of motivation , namely , to encourage people to do , so as a driver or motorcycle that release energy .

Thus , the motivation can provide the direction and activities that should be undertaken in accordance with the formulation of objectives . Selecting deeds that determine what should be done to match in order to achieve the goals , by setting aside the deeds that are not useful for that purpose .

Developing motivation since early childhood is a task that is not difficult but it is also not easy , which means that this task can be successfully performed by teachers and parents if their children do have the motivation of the powerful to achieve something or if the parents know the external motivation that drives children to do something .

This task could be difficult if the child does not grasp the meaning of an activity that it was difficult to generate motivation from within . Various forms of bids from outside which intends to push to do something does not necessarily also attract attention . Because every child develops through a certain stage of development . Therefore it is important for teachers and parents to know their children the appropriate stage of development is being dilampauinya , so expect teachers and parents will stimulate and motivate them to get involved and excel in a particular field . A motivational intensity will determine the level of achievement of academic achievement .

CONCLUSION

Developing motivation since early childhood is a task that is not difficult but it is also not easy , which means that this task can be successfully performed by teachers and parents if their children do have the motivation of the powerful to achieve something or if the parents know the external motivation that drives children to do something .

This task could be difficult if the child does not grasp the meaning of an activity that it was difficult to generate motivation from within . Motivation discussed here is not only the motivation for early childhood , but to the theachers themselves . The award is given to teachers not just in material form , but can also be congratulations or words of praise from the principal . The addition of knowledge or skills through training , courses , and formal education to improve the quality of learning can provide satisfaction for teachers . In normal circumstances it is natural that teachers give special attention to motivating in the early stages of learning , but more important at all stages of teaching needed motivation as well . Motivation is personal power or energy that drives a person to act in achieving the goal , so that is necessary to encourage continued and sustained .
