Import substitution of information technologies in Russian organizations

The article is devoted to the problems and prospects of import substitution of information technologies in domestic organizations. 2018 did not become a turning point for IT import substitution in Russia. During this period, the process of «watching» the authorities and big business to the possibilities of import-substituting decisions continued. The process of testing Russian products was more active, but at the same time there were no numerous major transactions to replace imported software with Russian ones. The situation may change radically in the next two years, in 2019-2020.
