Import substitution as a factor of modernization of the enterprise management system in the oil and gas industry

This article examines import substitution as a factor in the modernization of the enterprise management system for the oil and gas industry. It has been established that one of the significant factors influencing the implementation of production diversification strategies in the oil and gas industry is to reduce dependence on the supply of components and parts from other countries and improve the trade balance of the domestic economy. It is proved that the main stages of the strategic management process are the definition of the business and mission of an oil and gas industry enterprise, the development of a long-term short-term and short-term goal, strategy development, strategy implementation, evaluation and control of strategy implementation, and adjustment of previous stages.
