Import substitution of software: a forced measure or a strategic necessity

Since 2022, more and more domestic products have begun to appear on the Russian software market. The article discusses the difficulties of switching to Russian software and prospects for market development. Using the example of Northern Capital Gateway company (Pulkovo Airport), the process of import substitution of software products is considered.
