Import dependence as a criteria of technological security

In the face of declining roles of traditional factors of economic development associated with technological changes, of particular relevance in strengthening the economic security of the state has acquired high technologies and modernization of production and technological base. In the article the indicators characterizing the technological component of economic security and identified their shortcomings. The author proposes to use the import dependence levels in sectors of the Russian economy as one of the indicators of technological security.
