Biography of the company dates back to 1997. To date, The OOO «Krasnoyarks mayonnaise plant» (the plant next) is a leader in Eastern Siberia, particularly in Krasnoyarsk region and Khakassia Republic. In the assortment portfolio of the enterprise has more than 40 kinds of products. OOO «KMZ» dynamically developing company, which increases the late of production and is actively promoted on the Russian Federal market. The quality management system developed and implemented at the plant since 2006. In accordance with the requirements ISO 9001:2015 the organization shall develop, implement, maintain and continually improve a quality management system, including the necessary processes and their interactions. Also distribute duties, responsibility and authority in relation to these processes. [1]

Management organizational structure can be described as linear-functional.
The responsibility matrix specifies the degree of responsibility of each employee for a particular task to which it relates. It provides a format to assign to the units responsible for the implementation of each program element indicating the role of divisions in performing a particular job.

The analysis of the plant, it can be concluded that the organization is under active development. To maintain the pace of its development should in the near future to solve a number of problems associated with the need to modify the control system. The priorities are: development and implementation of electronic documents, a detailed analysis of job descriptions with the aim of reducing the coefficient of duplication of functions, to develop motivation schemes and staff training.
