Property provision of population: regional aspect

The presented study was based on ROSSTAT data for 80 Federation subjects for 2010. Analysis of the data showed a high regional differentiation in provision of people with cars, computers, and actually all kinds of electronics (variation coefficient makes 23-35%) except for provision with TV sets. In provision with household appliances (except sewing and knitting machines being in little demand in economically developed regions with relatively high population income) the inequality is 3-4 times lower. If the list of durable goods registered by statistics were supplemented with modern equipment and quality parameters, the differentiation would be probably rather higher
