Property rights of minors: civil law analysis

This article deals with the issues of the property rights of minors from the point of view of the science of civil law, including the definition of this legal category through a broader concept of "property rights". Also, in the framework of this study, attention is paid to the analysis of types of property rights and the content of the capacity of minors, the volume of which increases with the growth of this category of individuals.
