Property complex of educational institution of higher education from the point of view of law, economics and management

The integration of the property management strategy of a higher education institution into the hierarchical system of state strategic planning is of particular relevance in the light of the introduction of a new type of strategic documents in cities – master plans of cities. Given the significant difference in the composition and structure of the property complex of an educational institution of higher education as an object of management from property complexes in other areas of the economy, there is a theoretical and methodological gap in scientific knowledge in the field of understanding the essential content, specifics and structural formalization of the property complex as a single system. The article made an attempt to generalize and systematize approaches to determining the property complex of an educational institution of higher education from the point of view of law, economics and to give an author's vision of this category in management based on the principles of the theory of large systems, which will make it possible to form in the future a toolkit for integrating the strategy for managing the property complex of an educational institution of higher education into the hierarchical system of state strategic planning.
