Children's health is one of the main criteria for selecting priorities for health development. The results provide reliable information on the incidence of children interested hospitals, health authorities, insurance and pharmaceutical companies, the population.

Purpose: Development of software for studying the level of the true incidence (TI) of the children in Russia.
Material: аrrays impersonal data to 292,620 children entered in the registers when visiting patients children's clinics, for three years.
Methods: Specially developed software SOC / PEDI-ATRIA-3 gives indicators of primary, general, and the true cumulative incidence, differentiating by age, sex and nosolo-gy(ICD-10).
Results: The study conducted in the true incidence of five cities (from 500 thousand to 1.3 mill. people), 9 towns (50 to 100 thousand people) and in 5 rural communities. As an example, provide information on the level of the true incidence of the class respiratory diseases (AML). Minimum level of completed child morbidity class AML occurs in the first year of their life. Lung disease reaches a peak in the fourth year of life. Then there is a significant reduction in its level, and in the early preschool years to become figure is 1.7 times lower than the infantile age. Minimum values of the prevalence of AML reaches adolescents (1521,1-1347,7‰). It should be noted that the peak of acute laryngitis in all territorial units marked in children aged 3-6 years. And the maximum is stored in small towns - 132,9 ‰, against 92,6 ‰ in big cities and 114.7 in rural areas. A similar analysis, which contains unique information on the level of a true child morbidity with differentiation by sex, age, available for any class of diseases, according to ICD-10.We have developed a software that allows you to quickly process any amount of information related to the exhausted child morbidity, depending on the speed of your computer data.
Conclusion: First received information about the true incidence in different regions of Russia, with a common methodological apparatus. Understanding and consideration of the variations of this parameter is required for the planning of health and preventive measures in clinics, and has not only scientific but also of practical importance.
