Over the past few years, the digitalization process has gained tremendous momentum, the COVID-19 pandemic has also given a powerful impetus to the development of digitalization. Today, a large number of various digital technologies can be noted that contribute to the development of innovative products, technologies in the enterprise, changing the usual order of things in the market [1]. A few years ago, an enterprise could be considered modern, successful in its activities, if it has high profitability, but now it is difficult to classify an enterprise as competitive if it does not carry out innovative processes. The main transformation factor is the growth in the use of digital technologies, which have an impact on the infrastructure of the digital economy. Of course, the development of a digital culture in the business processes of enterprises takes time, and therefore, despite the growth of the enterprise digitalization index, a value of 50 points indicates that the company is only half ready for the figure. At the same time, only 11% of companies have a high level of digitalization. For medium-sized enterprises, the share reaches 20%, for intellectual property - 10%, for micro- and small enterprises - 12-15% [2].
