Indexation of rent for land plots located on the territory of Nizhny Novgorod, state ownership of which is not delimited, when the cadastral value changes

The article describes the problems of violation of the rights of tenants of state land in terms of illegal accruals. The analysis of the regional legislation regulating the calculation of rent in the Nizhny Novgorod region is carried out. The judicial practice in cases of debt collection for the use of land plots is presented, the inconsistency of the decisions taken by the court with the current legislation is established. The issue of legality of charges made by executive authorities for tenants in the Nizhny Novgorod region is raised.
