Indicative management of social and economic development as a key method for improving the quality of life of the population of the region

The article examines the indicators of evaluating the effectiveness of management of state (municipal) authorities. The model of indicative management of municipal formations on the basis of system of indicators of social and economic development of territories which in turn will allow local governments to make adequate administrative decisions, as a result-to raise a standard of living of the population in the region is offered.
