Indicative approach to the management of the activities of the customs authorities of the Russian Federation

The article reveals the essence of the indicative approach to managing the activities of customs authorities, the purpose of creating a system of indicators of efficiency, effectiveness and indicative indicators of customs authorities. The concepts of «indicator» and «indicative approach» are considered. The directions of improvement of the existing system of performance indicators, performance indicators and indicative indicators, according to which the effectiveness of the customs authorities is currently being evaluated, are proposed.
