Indicator parameters and effects of modern internet employment: socio-psychological context

The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the parameters of Internet employment as a new phenomenon of the modern development of society. Internet employment is viewed as the social and labour activity of citizens with the aim of generating income to meet personal and sociocultural needs, through the use of virtual means of communication and interaction on the Internet. The mix-strategy, the methodology of mixed studies, which allows reflecting its multifacetedness, is productive for the study of the phenomenon. Internet employment is represented by a complex of indicator parameters, classified according to the content base in the format of the facet model. Three groups of basic parameters have been identified and substantiated: socio-cultural, psychological and economic.
