Quality indicators of institutional environment of small business

The course on innovative model of economic development objectively assumes the increase of the role of small innovative business. The carried out analysis of small business branch structure of the Russian Federation for 2008-2009 has shown its full discrepancy of modernization strategy. The author offers the system of quality indicators of small business institutional environment to increase the efficiency of the state support of small business at regional and municipal levels, optimization of branch structure, minimization of administrative barriers.
