In the article the subjects of the individual social activity will regulation within the context of social and philosophic paradigm of the research are revealed. The evolution of the notion «personality» is revealed within the social and philosophic development paradigm of social phenomena research and main spheres of its usage in socio-humanitarian branches are outlined. The analysis of the role of the social activity of personality within social transformation process is emphasized.
