Individualization and systematicity of students’ training in conditions of information-education environment

The paper deals with the concept of «electronic information- education environment» and its legal framework. The authors describe the experience of teachers of Buryat State University working with personal accounts containing teaching material. Students’ personal accounts have access to steering documents of disciplines (modules), practices, publications of electronic library systems and electronic educational resources specified in those documents; personal accounts record the course of a learning process and the results of midterm assessment and the results of learning a curriculum. It provides systematic support of a learning process, implementation of network consultations on-line, efficiency of communication, individualization of learning, an opportunity to adapt to the workstyle of each student and teacher. The authors developed an electronic score-rating system to trace the results of current and midterm assessment and the results of learning a curriculum.
