Individual educational trajectory of a student as an innovative model of professional and personal development

Various interpretations of the concept of “individual educational trajectories” are analyzed in relation to the training of personnel in higher education. It is shown that individual educational trajectory is an innovative learning format and development of the student. The student becomes a Central figure of high school, creates a demand for their education based on their interests and capabilities and the needs of the labour market. It is noted that by adjusting his/her educational trajectory, students become unique specialists eventually. It is concluded that the transition to training in higher education institutions based on individual educational trajectories opens up new prospects for the development of higher education in the conditions of the scientific and technological revolution and the formation of society and the knowledge economy.
