The article considers the problem of increasing in efficiency of communication of students as subjects of activity in the conditions of a humanistic paradigm of education. As the solution of the matter the author suggests to pay attention to the possibility of achievement by students of communicative success in their designing process of an individual educational trajectory. The independent advance of students as active subjects of communication on individual trajectories contributes to the most productive development of their communicative opportunities.
