The article analyzes the shortcomings of the state cadastral valuation of land held with the existing methods of mass appraisal. It is concluded that the results calculated using existing methods of mass appraisal, may differ from actual market values of dozens of times. The author proposes to use the software package «АДОН», compatible with a design software package «ПЦР:Глобал», which allows you to perform calculations on mass valuation of real estate by several methods, and preparing and uploading graphics. This computing system allows the unit to evaluate each object to give directly to his computer models.
