The current article made possible identifying the features of individual-psychological predictors of disadaptation among security forces. 52 employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs aged from 18 to 42 years old (the average age of the group was 28.13 ± 5) took part in the study. The following methods were used to evaluate the individual-typological personality features: Semantic analysis of activity (Noss I., 2008); Test of General knowledge (Noss I.N., 2008); Personality questionnaire "Characteristic personality accentuation and psychological stability" (Noss I.N., 2008); Eysenck Personality Test (Eysenck G., 2003); Methodology for determining the ability to manage activities (Noss I.N., 2008). The results of the study revealed individual-psychological features of security officers with high and low levels of neuropsychological stability, depending on the profile of their professional activities; determined the general and specific individual-psychological correlates of professional reliability based on a comparative analysis of security officers with high and low indices of neuropsychological stability; determined the contribution of individual-psychological factors to the risk of disdaptation among the employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
