Individual profile of asymmetry in early ontogenesis

This study examines features of interhemispheric distribution of selected functions among 240 children of 3-7 years old identified by testing individual profile of asymmetry (IPA) under the scheme: "hand" - "foot" - "eyesight" - "hearing." It is shown that the lateral sensorimotor preferences in early ontogenesis are characterized by a variety of interhemispheric dominance and interaction choices. Structure of individual laterality of some paired organs distribution depends on their functionality and it is dynamic in microintervals of early ontogenesis.
