Industry 6.0: creation of applied tools for breakthrough development of industrial complexes of the Russian Federation

The fundamental basis of Industry 6.0 is presented, which is based on the concept of symbiotic intellectual equilibrium economy. The central elements of the polysystem tetrad of cybersocial metaecosystems of Industry 6.0 are considered. The neuro-digital toolkit of strategic goal-setting and planning of Industry 6.0 is presented, developed on the basis of the neuro-digital intelligence model, allowing to implement an experimental version of the system-target scheme for creating a polysystem tetrad of cybersocial metaecosystems of Industry 6.0 and to move on to creating various types of applied digital and neuro-digital tools for breakthrough development of industrial complexes in the Russian Federation. The testing of the proposed approach, methods, models and applied tools is considered, using the example of the task of creating a fundamentally new type of high-tech production of laser-welded pipes, based on the cybersocial metaecosystem of Industry 6.0 in the leading company in the Russian Federation, TEKHNO TUBE LLC.
