Tourism brings money, stable jobs, significant income to the state treasury. However, with the "arrival" of the pandemic, many tourist destinations were forced to abandon this benefit. Contactless services reduce the risk of infection and help the entire hospitality industry to promote tourism activities. This article is devoted to examples of contactless services for guests who have already found or will soon find their application in the interregional project «Silver Necklace of Russia».
