Infection control and tattoo safety

Within the framework of the article, the author examines the risks of infectious diseases associated with tattooing and strategies for preventing infections in tattoo parlors. The author touches upon the problem of potential transmission of bacterial, viral and fungal infections during tattooing, and also formulates recommendations on compliance with hygiene and safety standards in tattoo parlors.
