Information and communication technologies as crediting organization’s strategic resource

The article marks that intensive development of Russian banking business on the basis of information and communication technologies requires a new approach to information proceeding and decision making process. In this connection the article considers a range of methodological approaches that rise information and communication technologies efficiency. On the basis of information and communication technologies classification the article provides different methods depending on the influence level and management aims. According to the banking activity theory and practice analysis it was proved that in conditions of growing competitiveness success can be reached only by the credit organizations where leadership can make efficient decisions on the basis of information and communication technologies.
