Information base for monitoring and assessment of efficiency of regional executive governance

The main techniques applied to calculation of indicators of an assessment of efficiency of activity of executive authorities of the subject of the Russian Federation are considered in the article. The problems influencing the quality and collecting statistical information on the basis of which this assessment is made and as well as the problems of a choice of the most effective indicators of an assessment of efficiency of executive governance taking into account specifics of the region are reflected is revealed.
