Children's cybersecurity in virtual space. Cyberbullying as a stigmatization factor

The paper examines criminal law and sociological aspects of the problem of ensuring cybersecurity of minors. The authors pay special attention to the problem of cyberbullying - cyber tormenting of adolescents on the Internet, which acts as a factor in the development of stigmatization processes in the teenage environment. The criminal law and some sociological aspects of the phenomenon of Internet stigmatization through cyberbullying that manifests itself as a result of a variety of social processes in real and cyber space as well as in human consciousness are examined. The paper presents some of the results of a study of the attitude of modern high school students and minor university students to the issue of safe use of information resources, in particular, Internet technologies. The authors made recommendations for solving the problem of the spread of cyberbullying among young people. They conclude that it would be beneficial to develop a variety of relevant social and legal measures to prevent this kind of misconduct.
