Information security of the personality in the conditions of contemporary challenges and the imbalance of the international information policy

A lot of problems are associated with unprecedented distribution of high technologies as well as with rapid growth of information dissemination and creation of information society. The author is focused attention on the problems of provision of information security of the personality. The ambiguity of approaches to the regulation of information relations in the different countries determining the presence of obvious imbalance of international information policy is emphasized. The article deals with such topical issues as possibility for the regulation by the current legislation on the right for digital oblivion, the problems of realization of the right to privacy, the ambiguity of the solution of the issue of storing private information of the Russian citizens on foreign Internet services.
