The informational security of the Russian society in modern situation

The basis of the rights and freedoms of the state in the sphere of its awareness of issues of world politics, economics, science, resources, ecology, defense and others are the existing norms and principles of interstate law. The principle here should be considered the principle of equal security. With regard to the information sphere, we can talk about its transformation into the principle of adequate awareness of the states of the world community, which implies the right of each state to information security and its provision for all members of the community equally, taking into account the interests of all parties without any discrimination, excluding unilateral advantages, refusal from actions detrimental to another state
