Information competence of physical education and sports specialist as a pedagogical problem

In the beginning of the third millennium are increasingly talking about the quality of education as the most important factors of sustainable development of the country, its technological, economic, information and moral security. Interest to the problems of the higher school of predetermined understanding of Russian pedagogical community of the need for the adoption of a competence-based approach to the formation of a specialist as one of the strategies of modern education. In order to work with the information, to use it in their professional activities, it is necessary to master the techniques of work with it. In this regard the problem of forming of information competence of experts on physical education and sport is the most actual in the sphere of professional education.
