Information model of management of business processes of the organization

The article shows a developed simulation model of the dependence of labor productivity on the level of emotional state, which will make possible to enhance the effectiveness of strategic and operational planning. The author defines management tools that reflect the elements of synergetic: an attractor, a fluctuation, a fractal, a bifurcation point.
