Information training of students under conditions of pedagogical college (on example of music teacher)

The article deals with the theoretical issues of forming competence in the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) of music teachers in the pedagogical college, taking into account the main areas of their professional activities and ICT opportunities. The structure and content of information training in the conditions of a pedagogical college is developed on the example of the future teacher of music. The main directions of the professional activity of the music teacher in the conditions of the informatization of education are revealed: automation of information and methodical support of musical and pedagogical activity; diagnosis of the processes and results of training in general and musical disciplines; individualized learning; encoding and processing of sound information; computer reproduction of pedagogical repertoire of vocal and instrumental genres; accompanying using specialized hardware that is interfaced with a computer; computer arrangement of the works of the pedagogical repertoire, taking into account the performing abilities of the students. It is shown that in accordance with the main directions of the music teacher's activity, the information preparation of the student of the pedagogical college in the field of application of information and communication technologies should include three components: training on general issues of computerization of education; methodical training; substantive training.
