Currently, many researchers have noted one of the key features of modern (post-industrial or informational) civilization - it is based on knowledge and information, which are the determining factors for the sustainable development of society. The information society paradigm represents modern society in the form of a global process of production and widespread use of information as a public resource, based on the mass introduction of methods and means of collecting, processing, transmitting and storing information and causing profound changes (mainly progressive) of socio-economic, political and sociocultural structures.
