Information causality

This article analyzes the concept of information causality. The study shows that the information causality is either reduced to code dependence between elements of the physical system and thereby is identified with the physical type of causality or implies an action of super physical forces that violate the principle of the causal closure of the physical world. The authors propose to differentiate between longitudinal and transverse causality that allows one to resolve this contradiction and keep the causal power of information without violating the principle of the causal closure of the physical world. The study proves the possibility of explanation by using the lateral information causality of the phenomenon of mental causation.
