Information transparency as an essential dimension of control units of intellectual property

The paper proposed two options for switching information resources and technical facilities to ensure transparency of process management of intellectual property of the company (companies), educational institution, using either a local computer network company (institution) or the Internet. Accomplished authors, in practice, the system allows a patent examiner for the registration number of applications, plan filing new applications, conduct consultations in the form of webinars and video conferencing, and owners and creators - to monitor the proceedings, they filed an application to have a constant direct contact with the patent.
