The article is devoted to the description of an information system designed to support research in the field of infrastructure logistics. The architecture of the information system can be represented in the form of two interacting subsystems. The first subsystem processes subject information and uses an expert system to develop recommendations in various areas of transport and logistics based on the conceptual model. The second subsystem allows you to additionally include in the support process various computational methods based on mathematical models of infrastructure logistics. The main attention in the article is given to the first subsystem, its architecture and process of functioning are considered.
