Information system for monitoring and assessing results of medical treatment in specialized health care center

The article presents a case study of a medical information system designed by the authors for a particular medical facility and discusses the issues of monitoring and assessing the quality of medical process. The relevance and necessity of such specialized medical system at the current stage of healthcare informatization is shown. The article contains a brief description of the facility structure and the organizational processes monitored by the studied information system. The system itself is depicted with a diagram; the currently available functionality is illustrated with screenshots and corresponding descriptions. At the end of the article the authors discuss aspects related to the further development and improvement of the system.
