The article deals with the information essence of managerial decisions, which reflects complexity of the mechanism for their developing with the aim of providing effective functioning of the organization. Information aspects are a basis for the process of de velopment and administrative decision making as well as the most important type of information resource in the process of managing various activities of the organization: personnel, financial, economic, technological, marketing.
