Information war as reality

There are a great number of methods and ways by means of which political forces bias the world community against or towards certain issues. One of the most widely spread advanced information technologies of the present is manipulation by information or so-called information war. If compared with previous wars the rules, purposes, and the weapons of this kind of war are different. They are more dangerous as are capable to erase historical memory of people.
