Information and communication services as a factor for ensuring the technological safety of the production sector: theoretical bases and experience of the republic of belarus

The article is devoted to the problems of the development of information and communication services in terms of their role in ensuring the technological security of the manufacturing sector. The theoretical aspects of the development of information and communication services in the context of the formation of a new industrial economy are considered. By the example of the Republic of Belarus, directions and mechanisms for the development of information and communication technologies, such as the Internet, industrial Internet of things, cloud technologies, are shown as part of structural policies aimed at modernizing the economy.
