Information and advisory activities and its role in the development of scientific and technical progress in agriculture

This article describes the experience of Russia and the developed European countries in support of technical and technological re-equipment of agriculture. Special attention in this work, devoted to the study of the functioning of the information and advice centers, which significantly contribute to the acceleration of the modernization of the industry. Based on these results, the authors suggested measures to increase the pace of technical and technological re-equipment of agriculture and its efficiency.
