The information mathematical system including the block of forecasting of a condition of object by results of the decision of system of time numbers is developed for the prevention of emergency possibility on technical object by results of the control of set of parameters of its work, and in the conditions of stable work the block of an estimation of stability by means of multidimensional control cards.
