Information support of supply transport and logistics company

This article discusses the problem of the lack of relevant information on the information support of certain areas of logistics and considers the model of information flow in supply logistics. It was revealed that information support as the main factor in organizing the supply activities of the transport and logistics company can reveal ways to improve both the supply service and the functioning of the holding. On the example of Russian Railways, problems are identified that arise in the internal information processes of the organization of logistics and ways to optimize them by eliminating the human factor from management and coordination of material flow.
