Information support of evaluation activities in the formation of solid data for the computation of the comparative approach

The author of the article analyzes the sources of information that can be used by appraisers in selecting analogues evaluation object - real estate. Formed group of key sources, which allows to select information on potential analogues, describes a mechanism to work with information sources. It was concluded that at the present time a defective analysis of information on transactions (proposal) is in violation of federal appraisal standards.
